Albert Einstein With 30 years experience in communication and change as a leader, coach, facilitator and mentor I'm at my happiest helping people discover more about themselves and not only handle challenges, but become more resilient as a result. I work with individuals and groups to help them grow, navigate change and become the best they can be. I've first-hand experience of the challenges and opportunities of being in senior management and leadership roles and have experienced the benefits of coaching in the course of my own career and life. I believe in taking a holistic approach to working with my coaching clients, in any context and all settings, and aim to enable lasting results and a sense of fulfilment, balance and well-being. I am a qualified Emotional Intelligence practitioner able to deliver and interpret both EQ-i2.0 and EQ360 assessments. Unlike IQ, emotional intelligence can be changed and developed and can impact on all areas of our lives. Supporting other coaches through education and mentor coaching keeps me in touch with community and allows me to share my knowledge and experience, while always learning something along the way. As a brand and communications consultant working with a wide range of companies and organisations across Europe and Internationally, the common thread was always change. My focus became using communication for behaviour change, employee engagement and developing organisational culture. I have been involved in transformational change programmes in both the private and public sector. Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Senior Accredited Coach Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
