A recruitment professional who loves connecting with a diverse network! I have a passion for technology and sports and I have had the pleasure of both being a major part of my life. As I have progressed through my professional career, I have taken on new challenges and embraced change. My specialties include-Finding and attracting the best talent-Engaging with employees and developing relationships with them-Managing the allocation and development of resources within and beyond projects-Engaging with hiring managers/business units, understanding the relevant skills in industry, and forecasting important skill sets for the future. I am a current MBA student at the University of Alberta and project to graduate in December 2022. I continue to learn the intricacies and dynamics of being a leader in the business world and apply them to real world situations.
