I bring 8+ years across public and private procurement, delivering end-to-end outcomes from planning and tendering through to contracting and supplier performance. I’m strong in operational settings with engineers and site leaders, and I specialise in clean RFx, apples-to-apples evaluation, and TCO/landed-cost modelling to drive fast, defensible decisions. I build simple processes and templates, run cadence reviews and renewals that tighten SLAs and improve commercials, and I focus on sustained, long-term improvements and supplier partnerships.I particularly enjoy navigating the complexity of Technology procurement, including Software License Agreements (SLAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and strategic supplier partnerships.
