We all feel overwhelmed at times and I offer a safe space for you to talk about whatever is troubling you in order to help you move past your issues. I help clients move into a healthier mindset so that they can face the day with an attitude that enables them achieve their full potential at their own pace. Counselling is not about giving advice but asking the right questions so that clients find their own answers whilst feeling supported. Everyone is unique and requires different things from counselling. I've been trained in various techniques and can personalise our sessions to your specific needs allowing you to be heard and accepted so that in time, you will become more accepting of yourself. For face to face meetings I practise from Welling, Kent and the 3 Light Centre locations in London (Monument Moorgate and Belgravia). Welling, Kent: My practice is in easy reach of Bexley, Eltham, Barnehurst, Sidcup, Bexleyheath, Blackheath, Greenwich, Abbey Wood and Lewisham and close to Welling BR Station. I work Monday to Thursday (9am to 8pm) and Saturdays (10am to 3pm).
