Joined Segro in October 2022 as a Manager in the Group Investment team, supporting investment-related activity across the Business- Contributions include; investment and business strategy; portfolio analysis; identifying and supporting with execution of acquisitions and disposals of income-producing assets; and coordinating the biannual valuation process- Previously an Associate Director at CBRE for over 3 years within the National Logistics and Industrial Agency team, specialising in providing strategic leasing and development advice for the Industrial & Logistics Sector- This included advising clients on the supply and demand of industrial and employment space, design and size configuration, sales and letting values, lease terms and marketing strategy. I was involved with numerous schemes of all sizes from multi-let to big box (existing, speculative and D&B) throughout the South East of England, primarily within the M25 and Home Counties- Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2019, after spending 5 years at SHW in the Croydon Industrial Agency Team. Rotations at SHW included Landlord & Tenant, Valuation, Agency and Investment- Completed my degree in Real Estate Management through long-distance learning at the University College of Estate Management (UCEM)- Enjoys playing and watching all sport including Football, Tennis, Cricket, Golf and Rugby.
