Hi, I'm Sam Barnaba, an enthusiastic and results-driven Learning and Development (L&D) professional with a strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), Program Management, and Instructional Design. With over 3 years of experience in the People Function, I have a passion for driving growth through continuous learning, people development, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI & Analytics to enhance learning experiences. I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Karunya University and an MBA in HR & Marketing from Knowledge Business School, and have further honed my skills with an HR Analytics certification from UpGrad in collaboration with IIM Kozhikode. Currently, I manage and coordinate Technical training programs at Tredence, where I am focused on creating impactful learning journeys in areas like Domain Trainings, Cloud Programs & DE Programs and have successfully led program management for high-impact projects, driving stakeholder engagement, Content development and Vendor management. I thrive on empowering people, fostering learning cultures, and ensuring that every program not only meets organizational objectives but also drives measurable results. I am particularly passionate about instructional design, learning analytics, and continuously optimizing on LMS platforms to ensure scalable and effective learning experiences. Outside of work, I'm a gospel singer, keyboard player, and fitness enthusiast. I enjoy counseling young people on their career paths, advocating for the power of continuous learning, and embracing a balanced approach between people and processes.
