About Sam Batilliot

Giving meaning to my career: from biology to sustainable development management Having always been passionate about the environment, I quickly understood that after my degree in biology, two paths were open to me: follow a traditional career path, or fully commit to a career with an impact. When a master's degree in sustainable development management was born, it became obvious. My goal : Design concrete, innovative and inspiring solutions to address environmental and social issues. My experience in retail, in stores and in central purchasing, has given me a global vision of the challenges- Locally : waste management, choice of materials, working conditions, lack of knowledge in the field - Globally : more responsible purchasing, circular economy, new materials, eco-design, strategic risks, awareness-raising issues My mission: Support organizations in their transition, going beyond the simple notion of "CSR". Together, we can create a real impact. I believe in the power of the collective to build a sustainable Donner du sens à ma carrière : de la biologie au management du développement durable Passionnée depuis toujours par l'environnement, j'ai rapidement compris qu'après ma licence en biologie, deux voies s'offraient à moi : suivre un parcours professionnel traditionnel, ou m'engager pleinement dans une carrière à impact. La naissance d'un master en management du développement durable a été une évidence. Mon objectif : Concevoir des solutions concrètes, innovantes et inspirantes pour répondre aux enjeux environnementaux et sociaux. Mon expérience dans le retail, en magasin et en centrale d'achat, m'a apporté une vision globale des enjeux - Localement : gestion des déchets, choix des matériaux, conditions de travail, manque de connaissances terrain - Globalement : achats plus responsables, économie circulaire, nouveaux matériaux, éco-conception, risques stratégiques, enjeux de sensibilisation Ma mission : Accompagner les organisations dans leur transition, au-delà de la simple notion de « RSE ». Ensemble, nous pouvons créer un réel impact. Je crois au pouvoir du collectif pour construire un avenir durable.
