As an IT Support Analyst at Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO), I provide technical telephone support for internal end users on routine hardware and software problems. I troubleshoot and diagnose basic issues with computer equipment, perform minor maintenance and repair, and input data in Help Desk tracking system. I also help applicants and landlords with their housing software accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. I graduated from Southern University at New Orleans with a degree in Computer Information Systems, specializing in Security and Information Assurance. I have earned multiple certifications, including IBM Internet of Things Practitioner, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, and CompTIA Network+. I am passionate about technology and its ever-evolving nature, and I take advantage of every opportunity for growth and learning. I am a dedicated, hard-working, and collaborative team player, with the skills and abilities to be an asset to any work environment.
