About Sam Chamberlin

Degrees in Civil Engineering and Physics, worked primarily for the same organization from 1994 to 2014, progressively awarded more responsibility, starting as a field engineer, then to contracts management, then to project management and program management. Cut teeth on outside plant fiber optic network design and construction projects. Reputation for quick learning and sound management fundamentals led me to contribute to the company's expansion of their electronic security system division. A key member of several sales and operation teams that won and executed large, multi-million dollar fiber network and physical security electronic integration projects involving design and installation. My primary role was the deployment leader responsible for estimating, budgets, schedules and planning, personnel acquisition and management, mobilization, customer and stakeholder communications, engineering and safety reviews, purchasing decisions, etc. Father of two incredible children, one a survivor of two bone marrow transplants, the other a rising ultimate frisbee star, husband to amazing wife. Currently a remote project manager engineering and constructing FTTH and middle mile networks for eX2 Technology. Enjoying life in Cincinnati, OH.
