In my 16+ years of corporate life, I've done the usual stuff - hit the numbers, grown market share & delivered solid top-line results. But the journey's been way more than just metrics, here’s what it's looked like- Rolled out and scaled sales, distribution & GTM plays across multiple markets & categories - Helped partners and customers break benchmarks and grow beyond projections - Led teams of all shapes and sizes, coaching many along the way - Learned from & collaborated with exceptional colleagues along the way - Played a key role in setting long-term direction for multiple business verticals - Stepped up to the mic often - I’m always up for a spontaneous talk or panel discussion A bit more about me- Business leader with 16+ years of experience across Sales, Ops and P&L - Built and scaled businesses across Mobility, Quick Commerce, Hyperlocal, Retail & Alcobev - I thrive at the intersection of operations, growth strategy & execution At Ola, I lead the 2-wheeler mobility business, owning strategy, category growth & daily ops. Earlier, I helped scale sales ops across Ola Electric’s 900+ D2C retail store network and at Dunzo, I led national operations across the Q-Commerce and marketplace businesses. Prior to that, I ran an INR 70+ Cr premium alcobev-retail chain as the CEO. What sets me apart? An operator’s mindset. Cross-industry perspective.
