Founded Cornerstone Development in 1994 in St Louis Missouri with my wife, Anita. By 2008 we had developed 15 condominium projects in the St. Louis and Kentucky Lake area. Since the Great Recession we have focused on acquisition and construction of multi-family apartments. I identify project opportunities and source the investor equity for these projects. We carefully select profitable projects and have provided strong returns to investors, in line with our pro forma projections.
