About Sam Colalillo

I am responsible for a variety of priority and multi million-dollar initiatives in support of Ontario's economic prosperity. I approach leadership with a sense of service and empower my teams to influence and innovate. I leverage 20 years of OPS experience to help teams reach and exceed their goals by setting a vision, developing talent and supporting an inclusive environment. I guide strategies by seeking paths that offer both team and organizational success. I honour my responsibility as an OPS leader to model our values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. I work hard to nurture a culture of collaboration and partnership with other leaders and their teams, our stakeholders and partners. I value integrity, and work ethic and I am enthusiastic about the work we do as a team.
