My passion is achieving an outcome that individual people can’t do by themselves but as a team we can exceed expectations. I look at the wider picture and can bring together all the moving parts to become more effective and achieve growth. I do this by letting people understand the why, how they contribute, and by showing people what their impact is on the result. My leadership style creates a collaborative, team focused culture. I thrive in organisations that are dealing with ambiguity and are focused on achieving great outcomes and solutions within the uncertainty by interacting and working together. With over 20 years’ experience as a result driven Operations leader, I have a foundation in operational management, business process improvement and process safety leadership roles in the oil and gas, chemical processing and manufacturing industries, both locally and globally. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science and a growth mindset backed by years of professional development. I have honed and expanded my skills through roles encompassing finance/accounting, purchasing, process safety, engineering, change management, materials management, logistics, project management, production, QA/QC, HR, information systems, cost reduction, operations, warehousing and distribution, new product development, marketing, and sales. I have strong strategic management capabilities with highly developed financial forecasting, reporting and analysis skills and a proven track record in driving performance across all phases of the business lifecycle.
