About Sam Cornwell

I am a current senior at NC State University studying Agricultural Business Management, I have a passion for cattle of all sorts and sizes but favor beef cattle when it comes to preference. I have had a lot of experience working with cattle and making decisions in the cattle world. This past summer I had the opportunity to be a part of an internship program in Ingalls, Kansas at Midwest Feeders Inc. which is a large feed yard. I got to learn the ins and the outs of the cattle world. I also grew up on a family beef farm and worked on a small dairy farm throughout high school which is what shaped me into who I am today. When I graduate I will have a well-rounded education, I will have completed my major in Ag-business management as well as three different minors; Animal Science, Poultry Science, and Economics. I enjoy numbers and the economy along with finance and accounting. I hope to obtain a job soon that will allow me to use my education in my everyday life and keep me busy in the field as well as in the office.
