About Sam Crowder

I was drawn to real estate, starting out at Crowders Real Estate in 1988 commencing in commercial and residential property management then moving into residential sales. My personal success has come from strong skills in negotiation and an innate ability to build rapport with clients and customers alike, leading to an extensive business and personal network, enhanced further by strong family networks, which are still heavily immersed in both residential and commercial transactions across the Peninsula. Crowders Real Estate was originally founded in 1952 by my grandfather John and uncle Ian. My father Geoffrey joined the business in 1958 and together they created one of the largest & most successful estate agencies of their time, with eight offices across the Mornington Peninsula- all family owned and operated. For 54 years Crowders specialised in the sale, lease and management of residential commercial, industrial and retail properties before being sold in 2006. Having worked locally for some 15 plus years has given me an immense and broad knowledge of the intrinsic dynamics of our local area, of which I utilise for my vendors and purchasers alike. I relish the opportunity to create lasting relationships and help people achieve their goals by adding invaluable advice around their financial outcome. Furthermore, having bought, developed and sold a number of properties, I understand the process intimately from a vendors point of view and am ably equipped to provide a stress-free experience for my clients.
