As someone who has been through similar challenges, I can definitely relate to how you're feeling and I'm here to help. In my twenties, I was constantly switching jobs, hoping to find something that aligned with my values and made me happy. I used to struggle with overthinking and co-dependency, but with time, I learned that success looks different for everyone and it's crucial to listen to both your head and your heart. After a big life change left me burnt out and wanting to escape life (yet again!), I knew that there had to be a better way. So I decided to invest in myself by diving into everything "self-help" related, and eventually obtained qualifications in life coaching and meditation. These experiences helped me to find contentment and success, and now I'm passionate about helping others do the same. As a coach, I provide practical, no-nonsense, and friendly real-life coaching to help overthinkers cope with their frustrations and move forward confidently. I believe that everyone has the power to develop life skills and implement them throughout their lives. When it comes to coaching, I always keep three fundamental principles in mind.
