We all want to make a greater difference with our lives. My passion is connecting with amazing leaders, and empowering them to grow and achieve results that are deeply meaningful to their personal and professional lives. Rather than simply pursuing "success," they now also experience "significance"! I serve leaders and organizations through:> Executive COACHING: I am a certified Executive Coach, with the major in my doctorate focused on Leadership Coaching. Coaching is the launching pad for leaders who are inspired to take their life, influence, and impact to the next level!> Leadership TRAINING: Equip people with the strengths, skills, and knowledge to accomplish their organization's goals by offering high-impact, results-driven workshops.> Organizational CONSULTING: Enable organizational leaders to have a clear vision and amazing focus on the goal(s) they wish to achieve. Then involve the leaders to diagnose the problems and develop solutions that best express their strengths to build healthy, high-performing organizations. The coaching, training, & consulting I provide are focused on strengthening organizations in the areas of: 1) LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Empower leaders to maximize their impact by providing high-value training, coaching, consulting, and writing leadership materials. 2) LEADERSHIP PIPELINE: Design a leadership pipeline that reinforces the vision, values, and culture of the company in such a way that creates “great results” through “great relationships.” 3) ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Align an organization’s strategy, structure, people and processes to more powerfully accomplish a bolder vision. 4) LEADING TRANSFORMATION: Create a brighter future by challenging people to a higher level of purpose, values, and effectiveness. 5) MULTICULTURAL LEADERSHIP: Connect cross-culturally, and then draw energy and wisdom from the strengths of diverse cultures based on my experiences from living in 3 countries and training leaders coming from over 25 nations.
