A driven and passionate Business Management student at the University of Liverpool pursuing an M.S.Ed. in Sports Administration in the United States. Currently in my final year, I bring a strong foundation in business analysis, project management, and presentation skills that are essential in today’s dynamic business landscape. My academic journey, including a Year in Industry, has broadened my understanding of the business world and refined my strategic approach to real-world challenges. In April 2024, I completed a 10-month internship with Net World Sports, a fast-growing e-commerce sports equipment retailer, where I worked in the Product Development department. I took a lead role in expanding the credibility of the Vermont Sports brand and was solely responsible for developing the company’s first padel range. My responsibilities included conducting market research, assisting in product design, testing samples, and providing feedback to suppliers. Additionally, I managed supplier relationships, negotiated RRPs, production schedules, and payment terms to ensure we sourced top-quality products. This role offered invaluable hands-on experience, deepening my expertise in product development within the sports industry. Beyond my professional and academic pursuits, I am the President of the University of Liverpool Tennis Club for both the 2023/24 and 2024/25 terms. I oversee the committee, secure sponsorships, organise training squads and matches, and lead fundraising initiatives. This leadership role allows me to combine my passion for tennis with organisational and strategic skills, aligning perfectly with my goal of building a career at the intersection of business and sports. As an active competitor on the university's first team and an accredited tennis coach, I have worked across Merseyside, independently coaching young players aged 4-13. My journey thus far has been a blend of academic learning, practical experience, and a deep-seated passion for sports, particularly tennis. I am currently applying to pursue an M.S.Ed. in Sports Administration in the United States, focusing on a select group of top-tier universities. I am excited about the opportunities ahead and am committed to making a meaningful impact in the sports business industry.
