About Sam Dickie

I am a hard-working and driven individual, currently pursuing a Master's of Business at the University of Canterbury having completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Economics. I have long term goals of starting my own business in the field of physical and mental health, both I am very passionate about. Beyond my studies, I try to immerse myself in numerous activities. I prioritise my physical health through avenues of jiu-jitsu and strength training. Moreover, through my involvement in sport and fitness, I live a healthy lifestyle to ensure that my mental health is strong. I maintain a part-time job in security and a holiday job which has been crucial these over the past couple of years. Each of these positions have exposed me to unique and diverse obstacles that have influenced my ability to connect with others. I appreciate the benefits of connecting with others and am committed to using the obstacles I face to develop into a better communicator and individual.
