I have been involved with the fitness/wellness industry for over five years. I have worked as front desk personnel, and also have experience supervising. I currently am still providing personal training and also teach group fitness. I have also been lucky enough to have the chance to coach various athletes and coached my own weightlifting team for a brief period.
