About Sam Donham

I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential through therapy as well as reducing the stigma of mental illness and addiction. I currently work in a private group practice called Clarity Clinic, which has multiple offices in Chicago and the suburbs. I have multiple years of experience working in treatment centers for people living with substance use disorders. I also have worked with people who are court mandated to attend counseling for various offenses, including intimate partner violence. However, I have discovered that I find the most fulfillment working with people who are coming into therapy on their volition. I am particularly interested in the way trauma, especially interpersonal trauma, impacts people and helping find ways to heal. If you’d like to connect please feel free to reach out!
