As a Customer Success Manager at The Access Group, I manage a portfolio of high-value customers, supporting the sales team with cross-selling and upselling, implementing customer success plans, delivering webinars, and working with the product team to address customer development requests. I also work on business outcomes to further adoption of our product and achieve tangible outcomes with KPIs to indicate success. Previously, I was a Customer Success Team Leader at Access Hospitality Ireland, where I oversaw the customer journey, implemented customer success plans, dealt with escalations, worked with sales and renewals teams, delivered webinars, and implemented new CRM systems. Before that, I was a Project Manager at Access Hospitality Ireland, overseeing and implementing new projects, supporting existing customers, cross-selling products, implementing system integrations, mentoring and training new team members, managing internal upskilling, developing customer databases, maintaining customer relationships, conducting training, and attending trade shows. I have a strong background in hospitality management and customer relationship management (CRM), and I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
