About Sam Dreyer

Serving others has defined my career. Starting out as an Army Medic drove my desire to help others achieve their best. This lead to a 20+ year information technology leadership career of partnering strategically with customers in transforming their businesses and leading high performing Windows Engineer and Microsoft Services Delivery teams to help the customers and my teams achieve and exceed their goals. My experience in also being a Microsoft customer and my deep level of empathy have led me to be passionate about finding innovative ways to drive performance growth, productivity and value by leveraging Microsoft Modern Workplace, Azure and services to transform customers' businesses and help them achieve more. As a disabled veteran, I am a champion for inclusive, diverse hiring and I am proud to be a mentor to our Microsoft Software and Systems Academy. MSSA partners with the military to help transitioning veterans, an extremely diverse workforce, find new careers in IT at Microsoft and our partners.
