As Vice President of Product Experience at Litmus, I lead initiatives that align product direction, customer insight, and business strategy from the industrial edge to cloud to AI and beyond. Before that, I spent 15 years at PTC/Kepware in Portland, Maine, where I built a premier, globally recognized team focused on hardware-software integration, connectivity, and digital transformation. Prior to Kepware, I managed complex client relationships and brokered large deals around enterprise storage, backup and virtualization technologies. My work centers on clarity, connection, and execution- Translating deep technical capabilities into meaningful customer and business outcomes - Building cross-functional teams fluent in both OT and IT - Advocating for developers and customers to ensure our technology actually works for the people using it - Modernizing complex, real-world systems to unlock new workflows, new business models and clear ROI I’m driven by curiosity and systems thinking - by the challenge of bringing order and opportunity to the messy realities of people x industrial automation.
