I’m an experienced senior creative operations manager, with nearly a decade in global project management, mostly at startups where we built the plane as we were flying it. My background is in end-to-end creative production and I have a successful track record of onboarding new tools and processes to increase efficiencies, drive creative output, and collaborate cross-functionally. I can build timelines and flowcharts in my sleep, set up resource capacity planning to optimize team bandwidth, and foster a collaborative team culture. I’ve worked in-house overseeing vendors and contractors, I’m comfortable working across multiple time zones, and I understand what it takes to build a campaign. I get excited to build, help teams understand their workflows, and set up tools to scale efficiently. I believe that big-picture thinking is more fun with a big whiteboard (IRL or virtual) and that having a strong team culture makes the work easier to accomplish and higher quality.
