About Sam Ezell

During my 20 year career in the Environmental, Health and Safety field, I have worked alongside great people who have helped form me into the well rounded professional that I am today. I have spent the majority of my career in the automotive industry where I have supported my staff and production teams in cultivating cultures which produce real EHS results. EHS is more than just a desired outcome in the ever changing priorities of an organization, but rather an integral input which drives key performance indicators of every organization. In my career I have implemented EHS systems which manage the technical aspects of safety, ensuring compliance to regulations and laws which is paramount. However, my success in this field has been driven by my ability to influence, both on the shop floor and in the board room, putting actions behind the safety policy and bridging the gap between EHS and productivity. EHS and Human development are my passions and I am committed to ensuring the organization is world class, leading in innovative ways in an EHS field which is bound by outdated regulations. EHS can be fun, fresh, and fulfilling and that is where I thrive.
