About Sam Feldman

Sam Feldman brings over 30 years of legal experience providing real estate closing and title services to lenders, builders, developers and consumers. In addition to closing commercial, residential and construction transactions, Sam brings extensive experience in the examination of residential and commercial real estate titles. He provides corrective work for difficult title problems, provides title insurance commitments and policies working with major title insurance companies and has served as an expert witness in litigation. His practice also includes serving as counsel to lenders in residential, mixed-use and commercial property foreclosure sales and workouts including modifications, extensions of loan documents and deeds in lieu of foreclosure. Prior to joining Weissman, Sam maintained a private practice providing commercial and residential real estate closing and title services and foreclosure work as well as wills, estate planning and the formation of corporations, LLC’s and partnerships. Earlier in his career, he was a partner with Dodson, Feldman & Dorough, LLP.
