I am passionate about enabling people to realise and unlock their passion and skills to achieve their aspirations, challenge themselves and contribute to creating a better working environment. I have over 12 years of experience in HR working with world renowned brands across the banking, wealth management, professional services and technology industries. I have completed a masters of labour law and relations and a bachelor of psychology. These qualifications, combined with my experience enable me to design and implement a commercially-sound people strategy that achieves measurable business outcomes. Particular areas of expertise for me include: HR strategy, project management, change management, and leveraging data to solve complex business problems. I am a capable change maker that brings together the full potential of the businesses I support as well as seamlessly aligning the HR business partnering and HR COEs together. I have experience covering the following markets: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and the US. In my own time I enjoy spending time with my husband and my beautiful daughter.
