As an investments specialist with Thor Equities, I invest in office, multi family and retail assets in the north east and south east. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have a proven track record of success in deal structuring, portfolio management, asset management, negotiations, analysis, and dispositions, with over $12bn of completed transactions. My core competencies include sourcing, underwriting, conducting due diligence, closing, and managing complex and diverse real estate deals, both equity and mezzanine, across the risk spectrum. I am also skilled in developing and maintaining strong client and partner relationships, leading and motivating teams, and communicating effectively across all business levels.
