Currently working as an Implementation Manager with a global enterprise post-purchase software provider, enabling brands to increase top-line revenue, decrease operational cost, and optimize customer experience in an unprecedented way.Previously I gained 2 years of experience working in the logistical software industry as an Implementation Manager working with a SaaS platform connecting over 2 billion drivers to customers needing final mile delivery.As well as 6 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical software and Point-of Sale industry as a traveler on-boarding and training liaison working with independent pharmacies across the United States.And last but not least 8 years of experience between The US Army (6 years) & US Army Reserve (2 years). Some of my job titles during my time in the service are Infantry (11B), Communication Specialist (25U), Electronic Warfare Specialist (29E), Motor Transport Operators (88M). During this time, I deployed a total of 3 times in support of the following campaigns -'Operation Iraqi Freedom','Operation Enduring Freedom' and 'Operation New Dawn.' I have learned multiple skills during my life, and some of those skill are as follows; Leadership, Project Management, Change Management, Communications, Strategic planning, Risk Management, Time management, Compliance, Software Documentation, Training, Technical Troubleshooting, Client relationships, Account management, Client expectations.
