The way I work is simple: 1) I’m always available for you via WhatsApp. 2) I meet everyone via Video Conference if not in-person. 3) I run detailed discovery meetings with you to assess criteria. 4) I present only 3 CV’s at any one time to keep the process moving at pace. 5) I operate at an 85% CV to interview hit rate. 6) I manage the full interview process to ensure it’s smooth and efficient.
