With over two years in this role, I focus on delivering high-quality, innovative, and scalable solutions that support both our customers' expectations and the company’s broader business objectives. My background spans project and programme management, lean manufacturing, Agile practices, Six Sigma, CAD, DFM, production engineering, 6S, and KPI development and execution. I also bring a strong focus on workplace safety, supported by IOSH certification. Leading a growing team of skilled professionals, I work to embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. Operating in a fast-paced environment that blends low-volume series production with rapid-response engineering, I thrive on cross-functional collaboration.
