In 2016 Sam founded Resona Group with brother David. Resona is a vertically integrated real estate developer. Resona runs its own Swedish prefab factory, a construction company and various other supporting business. Resona is developing a revolutionizing construction system enabling us to produce housing at better prices with much lower environmental footprint. Background: Sam is a serial entrepreneur born and raised in Sweden, and has lived several years in New York. Sam has an Master of Science from Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden. Fresh out of SSE, Sam joined a start-up Brunswick Direct managing the infrastructure of and oversaw the successful launch of the technology platform enabling online trading in 26 emerging markets from one account, the first of its kind. From Brunswick Direct he spun off and founded Panopticon Software. At Panopticon he was Head of Global Sales and CEO of Panopticon USA. Sam helped grow Panopticon into an international leader in the area of business information visualization. In 2013, Panopticon was acquired by Datawatch Corporation (NASDAQ-CM: DWCH). Subsequently, in 2008 Sam launched a Swedish fine dining water concept, Nordaq Fresh, in the USA. Nordaq Fresh was a revolutionary, zero-carbon footprint water product which also enhances the culinary experience. Sam successfully established the company as the market leader of fine dining water brands in the USA with 4 our 5 three star resturants in New York as clients. In 2010 Sam launched Your Special Delivery Service in the USA, a high end express logistics concept. The company has enjoyed tremendous growth and currently has offices in eight countries around the world. Today Sam is Chairman of the Board. In 2014 Sam developed an exclusive luxury resort of villas in Dominican Republic. Favorite past time interests include: Hunting, skiing, sailing. He is married with two children.
