With a background in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, specializing in Operations Management and Data Analytics, I’ve gained hands-on experience solving real-world business problems through data. Over the past few years, I’ve led efficiency and optimization initiatives. At ODW Logistics, I championed a performance dashboard that increased real-time visibility and boosted team productivity. During my time with Amazon Robotics, I delivered a capstone project that improved packing quality and reduced waste in a high-speed fulfillment center. Technically, I'm proficient in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and statistical tools like Minitab and JMP, with certifications in Lean Six Sigma and SQL. I’m constantly learning, currently pursuing an advanced Power BI certification and expanding my skills in Agile project management and data storytelling.
