As Chief Operating Officer I oversee day-to-day operations at Econocorp. By working closely with our Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Production, and Service teams, our goal is to create effective communication and collaboration for a successful cross functional team. This in turn makes our customers buying experience easier, delivery of equipment that is both on time and production ready when it arrives at the customers plant, ensuring the longevity of the machine in the field. Econocorp’s leadership team has embarked on the journey of implementing EOS. Through putting the right people in the right seat and creating a long-term vision we hope to grow the business through living in a 90-day world. Our goal at Econocorp is to be a leader in the packaging industry, and I am happy to be a forward-facing part of it. Since 1964, Econocorp has been designing and manufacturing secondary packaging equipment that unlocks the power of automation for those who need flexibility in their operations. The company specializes in low- to moderate-speed cartoning, case packing, and tray forming solutions that range from simple to complex, including complete integrated systems.
