About Sam Gordon

I am a creative and passionate photographer with 15 years of experience at a top athletic brand. Specializing in digital and film photography, lighting, post-processing, and Adobe Creative Suite, my passion for the craft matches my commitment to delivering high-quality images that inspire and captivate audiences. My skills include digital and film photography, 3D rendering, projection mapping, and compositing. I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, post-processing techniques like retouching and color correction, video creation and editing, project management, and team development. As the Owner Photographer at Sam Gordon Photography, I photograph products, models, athletes, families, children, and pets in-studio and on-location for print, social media, and special events/projects. I use medium format, 35mm digital/film, UV/IR camera equipment, and various lighting systems. I process edit, retouch, order, and archive images. At Under Armour, I oversaw all footwear photography across six categories, developed seasonal looks to influence brand creativity, and saved time and money while improving quality. I created a cataloging process for optimal image retrieval and managed photography, marketing, and seasonal creative. With a BA in Electronic Media and Film from Towson University, where I was the swimming and dive team captain, I enjoy drone flying, 3D printing, CNC milling, projection mapping, 3D rendering, cast and mold making, technology, and creative art. I also love to travel, swim, run and spend time with my family. I'm interested in connecting with other professionals in photography and the creative fields.
