With a background spanning sales, partnerships, and account management, I’ve dedicated my career to helping businesses scale, optimise operations, and deliver value to their clients. My experience covers a range of industries, from EdTech to HRTech and now SaaS, always with a focus on building meaningful relationships and driving strategic growth. I am currently a Senior Account Executive at RQ, where I help firms (especially Top 100s) to streamline their workflows and enhance compliance and efficiency through innovative solutions. Before this, I worked at Employment Hero as a Partnerships Account Executive, where I collaborated with partners to expand market reach and deliver impactful HR solutions. Prior to that, I spent time in the EdTech sector at Atom Learning, managing key relationships and supporting schools in leveraging technology to improve student outcomes. My journey started at Explore Learning, where I progressed from Assistant Director to Centre Director and ultimately Regional Manager, leading teams across multiple locations and driving engagement, business growth, and operational success.
