I am data-driven and outcome-focused in my strategic leadership of evidence-based cultural change and innovation. I am also a passionate advocate of the power of digital transformation to deliver step change to the services, learning and possibilities inherent in a connected 21st C higher education environment. I work with an empowering, high-trust, inclusive and authentic approach. As a visible executive leader also working actively in numerous external networks, I recognise the imperative for institutions to enact a civic role and to palpably demonstrate the ways and means by which they add value to the economy and to wider society in a complex and volatile operating environment.
