A Colorado and California licensed attorney with an employment and corporate law focused transactional practice. I enjoy helping businesses navigate today’s dynamic regulatory environment, which often includes discussing corporate governance concerns, advising from entity formation to dissolution and unwinding, drafting employment policies and procedures with trustworthy compliance knowledge, and various corporate document drafting and review. I also assist clients with involvement on liquor licensing hearings and real estate transactions. Currently practicing transactional law in the Denver office of national law firm Messner Reeves LLP, where I am able to learn from experienced attorneys while assisting clients across sizes and industries ranging from acting as outside employment counsel for large corporations to providing legal advice for a variety of entertainment, restaurant and hospitality brands.A graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law in the heart of Silicon Valley and recipient of the High Tech Law Certificate with Honors from the nationally-ranked intellectual property program. Licensed to practice law in both California and Colorado, with the ability to be admitted to the Bar in any UBE state.
