About Sam Harris

I believe that growing up in a digital age has given me a strong background in computing and my bachelor’s degree in Creative Digital Media furthered my understanding of this area. After completing my bachelor’s degree, I’ve always strived to challenge myself to learn new skills and software in my spare time to help improve my development and understanding of the computing industry. I signed up to Pluralsight Digital Tutors to improve my knowledge of the 3D art pipeline for games design in my spare time. My interests were primarily focused on game development, creating 3D assets, basic animation and scripting logic to build a game. I picked up numerous skills using a vast range of software (UDK, Unreal Engine, 3Ds Max, Z brush and Photoshop) to build a working product, however my main focus now has been on the development of applications using C# and database management using SQL. I have always shown an interest in computing and consider myself PC literate, with intermediate, if not advance skills using the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) and I am always looking to further my development and understanding of the computing industry.
