Contact SamuelTHaynes99@gmail.com. I am a KU graduate leveraging a background in Applied Behavioral Science looking to start a career as a Business Analyst (or similar) role. In my education I studied Organizational Behavior Management, which essentially uses the scientific method to improve business processes, increase employee performance, and to innovate new solutions for each new business context. I exemplified these skills in my Practicum in which I did consulting for a partnered organization on numerous projects with excellent results. More recently I have been taking a KU Data Analytics boot camp, as just using Excel limits my ability to work with larger or more complex data sets. From the course, I have learned relational database management, and object oriented coding. Personally, I would most enjoy working with SQL and python, but below you will see my full list of languages and libraries I have learned. I have also worked professionally as a HR & Recruiting Coordinator for SPX corporation. As part of the Shared Services department, Using Outlook, I scheduled all interview team members and gave them necessary interview materials. I also contacted candidates, and would book flights, rental cars, and hotels if needed. I did this for many different business units from here in KC to New York, Florida, California, and more. Additionally, I did some Excel data tracking for HR purposes and candidate reference checks.
