I'm a highly experienced Apprenticeship Coach and Assessor with a military background in the Royal Signals and a strong focus on Level 3 ICT and Level 4 Network Engineer standards. I’ve supported military apprentices across a wide range of technical areas including networking infrastructure, Cisco NetAcad delivery, cybersecurity labs, and cloud platforms helping them build portfolios, prepare for EPA, and achieve real-world success despite the ever moving world of the British Army. I bring a structured, learner-centred approach, with experience delivering bootcamps, managing Ofsted-compliant provision, and adapting to both remote and in-person learning environments. I'm now seeking fully remote or Colchester-based roles where I can continue supporting digital apprentices in their career journeys.
