With over 15 years of work experience in IT support and operations, I am a passionate and driven professional who strives to provide excellent customer service, technical expertise, and innovative solutions. I am currently pursuing an MBA degree from the University of London, where I am learning new skills and knowledge in business administration, management, and leadership. I am eager to apply these skills to my current role as an IT Support Desk and Operations Specialist at KLA, one of the top 500 companies in the world. At KLA, I provide second-level support in applications and technical IT areas, administer various IT applications and tools, and manage service calls and issue resolution processes. I also ensure that the service level agreement (SLA) of the service desk is maintained and improved. I have extensive experience in working with Unix, Linux, and SonicWALL systems, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting network and server environments. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I always seek to deliver high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
