I am an accomplished, highly motivated, target-driven marketing professional, who thrives on productivity and achieving results that have contributed towards ION Science’s company growth and increase in turnover. I have a proven track record in marketing strategy, planning, and problem solving, and possess a pragmatic work ethic. In my current role I am responsible for creating and implementing the marketing strategy and communications plan for the business, and manage and co-ordinate marketing activities from the UK headquarters across the group of international ION Science offices. More recently, I have helped to successfully implement the company’s HubSpot inbound marketing automation platform into the business driving the company’s digital and content marketing, resulting in a significant increase in both website traffic and lead generation. During my time at ION, I have grown a successful marketing team and have demonstrated a flair for leading and motivating them through my leadership style. I have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. I am highly organised and enjoy setting and achieving departmental KPIs, goals and targets and leading and motivating my team to achieve them. I am a creative thinker and enjoy coming up with new ideas on how to improve marketing processes, activity and results. With almost twenty years marketing experience, I have worked across a number of sectors that include engineering, scientific, medical, law, and gas detection. I hold two CIM marketing qualifications (one level 6), and I'm currently studying a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, as well as continuing to progress with my HubSpot accreditation.
