As an accomplished digital marketing strategist and experience designer with a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, I've spent my entire career helping leaders and organizations imagine, change and sustain digital marketing initiatives. I have well-developed strategic thinking skills with the ability to inspire others in highly collaborative environments. Working in digital marketing and communications since 2008, I'm an early adopter with an eye on results for today and investment for tomorrow. During my career, I have contributed to the digital and social success of organizations around the world. Currently, I am the global social media lead at Compassion International where I help direct digital marketing strategy to help the global non-profit eliminate poverty in Jesus' name. My day-to-day schedule consists of understanding and engaging with stakeholders on a comprehensive set of topics, including strategy, experience design, service design, digital product design, journey mapping, and data-driven thinking.
