About Sam Hope

At 17, I decided to skip graduating high school and got straight into business instead. Here’s how it unfolded: 2019: I moved to Sydney to partner with the world’s largest business seminar promotion company. I had the privilege of being part of the team that brought icons like Sir Richard Branson, Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, Gary Vee, and Grant Cardone to Australia. 2020: I co-founded WoWo Washing, where I raised capital to build a SAAS technology platform connecting consumers with car cleaners. After the 2021 financial year, I stepped away to explore new opportunities, though WoWo continues to operate to this day. 2021: I started consulting with hospitality and retail businesses across the Asia-Pacific, helping them streamline their operations with industry leading POS and payment software solutions (NYSE/TSE: LSPD). 2022: I launched Upshelf, a startup aimed at redefining retail product compliance for the FMCG sector. While Upshelf didn’t achieve product-market fit, the experience provided invaluable lessons that played a big role in shaping the future. 2024: I co-founded Earlibird AI and served as co-CEO for the first six months. Earlibird AI specialises in helping businesses integrate AI to enhance efficiency and profitability. I transitioned out of day-to-day operations at the end of the 2024 financial year but remain a shareholder. In Q3 2024, I partnered with Forbes Australia to scale the Forbes Business Club nationally. I also launched World Class Voices, an exclusive series interviewing high performers globally. WCV has featured many global icons, including: John Howard (former Prime Minister of Australia), Arthur Laundy (owner of Australia's largest privately-held hotel group) and many more. 2025 (present): My new start-up is in stealth mode and builds on everything I've learnt in the last six years. All in all, I love capitalism and the game of entrepreneurship. Outside of business, my fascinations and hobbies include: Jiu-Jitsu, world politics, economics, modern history and the Collingwood Football Club.
