With a background in organisational psychology, Sam brings a highly analytical, evidence-based approach to overcoming challenges and capitalising on opportunities for growth that involve human behaviour in organisations. Sam has worked in a number of areas within the organisational psychology field including leadership development, research & analytics, selection & recruitment and employee engagement. He has been fortunate enough to work with a variety of ambitious and innovative organisations, from boutique consultancies to global corporations. Though both his academic and workplace experience, Sam has developed a strong appreciation for the often untapped potential that exists within people in the workplace. He believes that a focus on employee engagement, development and alignment with organisational goals and values is key to organisational success. Sam is driven by opportunities to turn theory and research into practical strategies to evaluate, motivate, develop, change and inspire.
