Over the years, I’ve led Service Delivery and Change across tech, telco, education, logistics, and energy, often in the messy underbelly of operations, where process, people, and pressure collide. I’m not a fan of overcomplicating things. I like clear thinking, calm leadership, and honest conversations. Whether it’s helping a team get unstuck, shaping a better way to handle change, or making sure the right stuff gets done, I’m the guy who rolls up his sleeves, gets people on the same page, and brings a bit of humour and heart to the chaos. I’ve recently been leading some reasonably big shifts in how change, prioritisation and service delivery work at Flux Federation. Before that, I helped Netlogix scale its IT operations during a period of rapid growth. I’ve worked in airlines, startups, and everything in between.
