Starting in property and construction himself in 2002, Sam established himself in the world of property development and management by having created the Luxe Property Group of companies. This expertise has expanded into Europe with the successful conversion of a Polish ski resort into 35 luxury private residential apartments as well as a portfolio north of 100 units across 6 Freehold building held by his Polish companies. In 2016, Sam pursued his true passion for hospitality and consequently launched his vision of ApartHotels and Villas under the brand Buckingham & Lloyds. With a hybrid option seated between your traditional serviced apartments and luxury boutique hotels it offers guests unrivalled personal experiences while away from home.
