In my most recent role, I served as a Trainee Software Tester, Help Desk Support and Customer Services Advisor for an IT Design and Development company. My background includes running my own equestrian business, where I successfully managed diverse responsibilities such as sales, marketing, website creation, social media maintenance, time management, scheduling, database updates, basic accounting, organising events and providing client support. Throughout this experience, I developed a strong passion for web design/development and marketing, prompting my desire to transition into this dynamic field.
